1. How does ENC work?
Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) function cancels or suppresses most of the ambient background noise while protecting your voice on a voice call. ENC uses two microphones, and noise reduction technology, but this is done in favor of the person on the other end of the call.
2. All background noises will be suppressed by ENC?
Bassbuds Zen is tested on a 30dB noise level.
3. How many microphones?
There are 2 built-in microphones in each earbud.
4. I am not getting 50 hours of playback time?
50 hours of playtime is achieved on a medium/50% music level through fully charged earbuds and a fully charged charging case. The type of content or music genre also impacts playback time.
Both earbuds are set at a 50% volume level by default. Please control the volume via the connected phone.
5. Is there a mono-bud feature? Can I use only one earbud at a time and let the other one charge?
Yes, just place the right or left earbud back into the charging case and close the cap properly.
6. Music is getting disconnected?
These earbuds have a Bluetooth wireless range of up to 10 meters in open space. Please make sure you are within range of the connected phone. Your phone should always have strong Wi-Fi or data connection if you are streaming music online.
A thick wall, metal structure, underground basement, high-frequency radio magnetic wave equipment, and radio wave jammer can also cause intermittent connection.
7. One Earbud is not working?
Please do the following troubleshooting.
1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the charging case cap.
2. Take out both earbuds together from the charging case.
3. Wait until L & R earbud pair with each other. When you take out the buds from the charging case the earbuds will blink Blue & Red LED lights and after successful pairing, the light will get off.
4. Turn ON the Bluetooth on your phone, search for "pTron TWS" & connect.

8. Earbuds not connecting/scanning in my phone?
Please do the following troubleshooting.
1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the charging case cap.
2. Take out both earbuds together from the charging case.
3. Restart your Bluetooth device or phone.
4. Now, search for "pTron TWS" on your Bluetooth device & connect.
5. If you still face issues, please contact our customer care team.
9. Call is getting disconnected?
These earbuds have a Bluetooth wireless range of up to 10 meters in open space. Please make sure you are within range of the connected phone. Your phone should also have a strong mobile network connection.
10. How long is the product warranty?
This product has 12 months manufacturer warranty on manufacturing defects only. There is no warranty on the accessories such as silicone ear tips, charging cables, etc.
