Welcome to the pTron family. All pTron products are backed by warranty from the manufacturer and if your pTron product does not work the way we promised, we will make it right.

We recommend to read through the complete warranty claim document and other related policies for better understanding and seamless resolution.

What is not covered under warranty? 

  • Products purchased from unauthorized online & offline re-sellers
  • Products damaged from improper handling and usage
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products purchased over 12 months ago
  • Non quality related issue
  • Free products
  • Accidental damage/Intentional physical damage
  • Regular/ordinary wear & tear
  • Acts of nature
  • Commercial use
  • Damage or inoperability caused by repair work performed by thecustomer or any unauthorized repair center
  • Defects or damagecaused to the product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products not approved by pTron
  • Expense incurred by the customer to send the product to pTron’s fulfilment centre to claim Warranty. Such expenses are non-refundable.

What is covered under warranty?

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and the purpose for which the product was designed.
  • This limited warranty is only valid in India, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, warranty service may only be performed by pTron or pTron authorized service centers.
  • pTron may conduct diagnostic tests on customers‘ products to identify the causes of failures/defects.
  • pTron will replace a product that has been certified as defective or damaged beyond repair by our Quality Check team, only ONCE during the warranty period.
  • pTron will determine whether a product is "Out of Warranty" at the company’s discretion according to the standards listed below. Repair of "Out of Warranty" products shall be separately quoted by pTron service center and respective service shall be provided upon service fee payment. 
    • Violations against warranty, including but not limited to customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, failure to comply with product manual, and so on
    • Invalid warranty
    • Expired warranty
    • Warranty does not cover natural wear & tear, usage under extreme conditions, damage due to improper care (accident, misuse or negligence) and damage caused by acts of god such as floods, fires or earthquakes.
    • If any damage occurs in/on outer surface of the product, including but not limited to cracks, dents or scratches on the exterior cases, screens, camera lenses, buttons and other attachments.
  • Unfortunately, there are some websites and offline dealers who claim to be authorised pTron resellers but they are not. Products sold on these websites or from these offline dealers do not carry a warranty from pTron. When you purchase products from an unauthorised website or offline dealer you are taking a risk, because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective. Please protect yourself and your pTron product by ensuring that you only purchase pTron products from an Authorised pTron Seller.

Online Channels

Offline Channels

  • For purchases made through Offline channels - retail stores/partners, please reach out to the same retail store/partner from where the Original purchase was made.
  • While claiming the warranty, please produce the details of the purchase order/bill/invoice along with the physical product and the related accessories.
