How can I place the order?

Please follow the navigation and go to the product page on our website. Select your favourite item/items. Click on the "Click Here To Buy" icon. It will take you to "My Cart" page. If you wish to continue shopping, click on the said icon or else proceed to "CheckOut". Fill in your address and other details along with the mode of payment suitable to you. This easy process will ultimately help you to place your order successfully.

How can I know my Order Status?

As soon as your order is placed successfully, you will immediately receive an email from us, stating the order details along with your order id. However, if you face any problem, kindly contact us on our "Register a Complaint" page.

How can I track my Order?

You will receive an email from us in the following:

  • When your order is confirmed.
  • When your order is ready to be shipped.
  • When your order is ready to be picked (After your order is picked up by our logistics partner, you will receive an email with all the tracking details).

Well, if there is any glitch/trouble, you can go to the "Register a Complaint" page and raise your issue.

How many days would it take to receive my order?

For a person residing in a metropolitan city, the order will reach within 3-5 working days. For all others, the items will be delivered within 10-12 working days.

What is the COD Fee or the Shipping Policy?

To your delight, we have FREE SHIPPING for all products! However, if your payment option is COD and your total item value is below Rs 899, we like any other online business charge a negligible amount. In our case, it amounts to Rs 49 only!

How many days would it take to initiate a refund?

For your information, the refund would reach you within 5-7 working days in case of a Privatized Bank and 10-15 working days in case of a Nationalized bank.
