Payment Replacement Policy

1.1 You agree that you will abide by the terms and conditions of this POT Privacy Policy, POT Terms and Conditions, including any amendments thereto made by POT from time to time.

1.2 For all orders placed through Ptron.in, the payment shall be collected as per terms agreed between POT and Dealer.

1.3 POT shall provide the necessary back-end Infrastructure, like call center, order management system etc. for Capturing the Order Details placed by you.

1.4 The following are delivery Models available to You:

Model 1- Products shall be shipped to the destination designated by Dealer through a Courier Partner of POT (i.e with whom POT has partnered for couriering/delivering the purchased products to the Dealers.)

Model 2- Products shall be shipped to the destination designated by Dealer via any other Courier Service other than Courier Partners of POT.

1.5 Delivery Charges:

1.5.1 The Delivery Charges will be paid by POT if Model 1 as per Clause 1.4 above is selected.

1.5.2 Delivery Charges will be paid by the Dealer if Model 2 as per Clause 1.4 above is selected.

1.6 You shall opt for either of the Delivery Models at the time of Registration as a Dealer and shall keep POT Informed in case of subsequent changes.

1.7 Product will not be shipped until payment for the Product and Delivery Charges, if any, is made in full.

1.8 Risk of loss of the Product shall transfer to Dealer on

1.8.1 the Shipment Date - if Model 2 as per Clause 1.4 above is selected

1.8.2 the Deliver Date - if Model 1 as per Clause 1.4 above is selected

1.9 Dealer shall be responsible for and pay, if applicable, all taxes (excluding income taxes) arising out of the sale of the Product, including, without limitation, all national, state, or local property, license, privilege, sales, use, excise or gross receipts taxes or other like taxes and tariffs.

1.10 All amounts referenced in this Agreement are denominated and shall be paid in Indian Rupees

1.11 Delivery Charges will be paid by the Dealer if Model 2 as per Clause 1.4 above is selected.

1.11.1 All PTRON Products covered under Service Warrant would be replaced if the defect is intimated and product is returned to us with 7 days of delivery of the Product to you.

1.11.2 For all other products, POT does not guarantee any Replacement.

1.12 POT will not refund for any products returned/placed for replacement.

2.1 You should be a Certified Dealer for Purchase of PTron Products from the Website.

2.2 Certification for Purchase of PTron Products would be granted at the sole discretion of POT and on verification of such Credentials determined by POT.

2.1 We may use the information you provide, as well as information relating to your accounts such as your business name and address, to verify the Credentials, and we may request additional information from you to assist in that verification. We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, suspend or terminate your ability to purchase such products.
